Servo Vacuum Pump Oils are suitable for use in all mechanical vacuum pumps allowing for consolidation of inventories. Servo vacuum VM 4 is a specially developed product having low vapor pressure (1 x 10-6 mm of Hg at 200C) and high thermal stability. It meets GOST: 23013-78 specification for vacuum pumps oil and is recommended for high vacuum producing diffusion pumps. Its low vapor pressure and other unique characteristics make it especially suitable for use in most high vacuum pumps.
